Cash only. They open late and the light portion menu (tea time to late night snack) is available from 2:30pn to midnight, making a light meal more available, which is great! We have not been here for a few years, the food still tastes the same, we only noticed the difference that there are no more plates or bowls, everything is in either a plastic container or a aluminum tin foil box so it seems to save the dish washing and making packing left over much easier. Service is the usual as in any Chinese restaurants, they come take your order, bring your food and that's it. No new updates on the decoration since their grand opening either. Ordered the sizzling plate of eggplant and beef with e-noodle, but there's no sizzling plates, the food came in a black plastic box. Although the beef is not too grade but the portion is good and the amount of beef is generous. I enjoyed my meal. The curry beef brisket and tendon also looks good and it has a good mix of tendon and briskets. Glad that this place still holds its quality after all these years with reasonable prices.

The staff there is efficient, quick and friendly even it's always busy. Even you only order happy hour menu items, they do not act differently. Food is tasty, A+ is one of our favorites amongst all the HK style cafes. We got baked fish white sauce with rice, and baked pork chop rice. Both were delicious. Always come by when we are in this vicinity.

Swung by after a super late night of being in the South Bay and we had to stop by one of my favorite Hong Kong style diners. Wednesday night was pretty packed but they were able to service us really fast. We got the typical xo sauce crepe noodle and some hot lemon tea to just relax. Overall a great spot for some cheap eats and some good feel vibes at a plus hk style cafe!

As someone whose family is from HK, a cafe is somewhere I would go to if I'm craving a comforting meal... and that's exactly what this place served. The staff was super nice and accommodating; our waiter moved us to a booth, so my boyfriend wouldn't be facing the harsh sun. The inside of the cafe was also clean and spacious enough. THE BAKED RICE WAS GOOD. My only complaint is that my pork chop was 40-50% bone :( my boyfriends was maybe 25% bone, so maybe I had bad luck. If you like your baked rice super saucy, this is the place for you :)

Got the combo deal $12.99 for a meal with drink. Good deal! The pork chop rice was yummy but most of the pork chop was bone! Curry beef was good too. Wish they could change it to chicken but they couldn't . My daughter doesn't eat beef. They said they would charge more for chicken. It was packed on a Thursday lunch. I usually get to-go and are ready in 15min.

This is a place where I've been enough to know that some orders won't satisfy me taste wise. However, I can vouch for most of the baked dishes. Take note, this is a cash-only restaurant. I often come here late night, and the menu of mini portions has decent variety while being filling depending on what is ordered. If you want to be full ordering from the cheaper mini meals, any of the baked rice or noodle dishes should be pretty satisfying. The daily specials (A,B,C,D) are only written in Chinese, but the servers here are very gracious in answering any questions and letting you know what the specials are. The specials come with big portions as well as a drink, and at a price of around 17 dollars, I find this a very good deal. I love coming here with my friends for late night tea and baked rice dishes. It always hits right.

Food (3/5): I had the rock cod with cream sauce (today's special). The cod itself was cooked fine, but the flavor of the cream sauce didn't taste great to me. I also did not like the texture of rice--it was too grainy. + 0.5 stars for the silver lining: each of today's special comes with a drink, which was quite tasty. Service (4.5/5): Contrary to all the review, my party received stellar service. Our server was kind and patient with my party switching up many customizations last minute. Ambiance (4.25/5): The place was kinda packed for a Sunday night. Maybe it was the company, but vibes were good. I would definitely come again and try a different dish! My friends got all the other specials of the day, and they looked quite appetizing They are open late which is a big pro.
